Project Life 2025 Executive Summary
In 2025, Project Life experienced unprecedented growth in demand while continuing to provide consistent, compassionate service to families in need. Over the course of the year, Project Life operated for138 distribution days, totaling 552 business hours, and served an average of 1,330 households (4,183 individuals) per month.

Compared to 2024, Project Life served 300 additional households per month, an increase equivalent to 40 additional distribution days or approximately three and a half months of added services. In total, 2,572 new households (6,712 individuals) accessed services for the first time in 2025, representing a 44% increase over the previous year and highlighting the growing food insecurity within the community.
Growth occurred steadily throughout the year. During the first quarter, Project Life served an average of 95 households per day. This increased to 108 households per day in the second quarter, 122 households per day in the third quarter, and 141 households per day in the fourth quarter, reflecting an average quarterly growth rate of 14%.
On a daily basis, Project Life served an average of 116 households, with an average household size ofthree individuals. Each day of operation welcomed an average of 19 new households, resulting in 17% of all daily food boxes being distributed to first-time guests. Notably, on 24 separate distribution days, Project Life served 25 or more new households in a single day.
Throughout 2025, Project Life distributed a total of 15,323 food boxes, averaging 113 food boxes per day. Each food box provides four meals per person, allowing Project Life to deliver approximately 190,500 meals during the year—50,000 more meals than in 2024.
November emerged as the busiest month of the year, with an average of 158 households served per day. The busiest single distribution day occurred in November when 197 households were served, significantly surpassing the 2024 daily high of 146 households. November also experienced the highest influx of new households, averaging 37 first-time households per day, with peak days welcoming 41, 50, and 58 new families.
In addition to food assistance, Project Life reached record-breaking levels in clothing distribution. In 2025, nearly 194,000 pieces of clothing were distributed—18,000 more items than in 2024—averaging approximately 1,400 clothing items per distribution day. Project Life also distributed 15,500 pairs of shoes and approximately 6,000 jackets. To ensure equitable access amid rising demand, a policy change was implemented mid-year reducing clothing limits from 10 items per person to 5, which prevented even higher distribution totals.
Overall, 2025 marked a year of exceptional growth, operational resilience, and expanded community impact for Project Life.
Despite increased demand, the organization remained committed to meeting immediate needs while maintaining dignity, fairness, and efficiency in service delivery.
